Attached are pictures of the final product, displaying dirt and damage to the inner sole. Furthermore, I received the product 17 days after following up and visiting the store. Their conduct is notably unprofessional, coupled with unnecessarily high charges. I urge others to be cautious and thoroughly inspect products upon receipt, despite any initial satisfaction with their services."

They claim that they did not perform dry-cleaning as the suit was in this condition when given to them. Will avoid using their service in future."
